Further to the announcement on 2 June, THUS Group plc has today completed the sale of Demon Netherlands to Dutch telecommunications company Royal KPN NV .

Completion of the sale follows the advice of the Works Councils of both Demon Netherlands and Royal KPN NV.

Door de overname krijgt KPN er ongeveer 70.000 klanten bij, zowel consumenten als bedrijven. Die worden ondergebracht bij internetdochter XS4ALL. De zestig werknemers van Demon gaan ook over naar KPN.
